Well, it was actually done a week ago...
Last Sunday I finished my 11th TT2000. We had perfect weather and apart from missing a couple of planned checkpoints we had a perfect run wracking up 2,250km and 217,000 points in just over 47 hours (including a couple of reasonable sleeps).
Colin and I also had a fair bit of fun on the bikes and off both before the event and after - so there is plenty to blog about when I get there...
In the meantime, here's a quick video of a beautiful ride on Day 1 of the TT from Tekapo to Twizel. A beautiful evening and some stunning scenery.
